Veteran Hong Kong kungfu filmmaker Sammo Hung has handled his two marriages and family relations with due responsibility and proper boundaries, earning a harmonious family life.
In his early years, while filming in South Korea, Sammo Hung had a rather spontaneous marriage. At the time, when the hotel front desk asked to see his marriage certificate, he immediately grabbed his Korean girlfriend, who was standing right next to him, and rushed straight to the civil affairs bureau to register their marriage. As one of the original members of Hong Kong’s “Seven Little Fortunes,” Sammo Hung started out as an extra at the very bottom of the film industry.
